Lift. Run. Score. 28 days of hybrid programming built to find out what you are actually made of. Cash on the line. No hiding.
Full refund any time before day one. No questions asked.
Simple on purpose. You train, you log, you get scored. The leaderboard does the rest.
Pay $99, pick your division, join the cohort. Your entry feeds the prize pool from day one.
Week 1 sets your baseline: a 1-mile run, a 10-minute AMRAP, and a 3-rep max squat. Do not sandbag it. Week 4 measures everything against this.
Five days a week. Strength plus running, programmed for you. Log every day for consistency points. Friday workouts are scored.
Test week. Retest every baseline, then the Final Exam. Winners are announced Sunday and paid within 7 days.
Real programming, written like a coach. Barbell first, dumbbell and minimal-equipment scaling on everything. Tap a week to see what is inside.

Your entry is not a fee. It is a bet on yourself, and 40 cents of every dollar goes straight into the pool.
The pool grows with the field. The exact number is published to every athlete before day one.
Kept honest by video. Any score that puts you in prize position must be backed by unedited video submitted within 24 hours. No video, no prize, no exceptions. Random audits run all month.
Be honest. Sandbagging a lower division is the fastest way to get booed off the leaderboard. You can move up mid-challenge. You cannot move down.
For lifters in year one. This is where most people belong, and there is no shame in it.
The deep end of the middle. Solid base, real numbers, still chasing the top.
You already compete at things. This is the division people watch.
A barbell setup is ideal, but every session has dumbbell and minimal-equipment scaling written in. If you have dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and somewhere to run, you can do the whole challenge.
Yes. That is what the Rookie division is for. Half of the test-week points are for improvement versus your own baseline, so beginners who improve the most can outscore veterans who started fast. That is the point.
You get a 48-hour makeup window and still log full credit. After 48 hours the consistency point is gone for good. Plan your week on Sunday night and this never happens.
370 points total. 20 for consistency (one per training day logged), 150 for the three scored Friday workouts, 200 for test week. Weekly WODs are scored by percentile inside your division. Top 3 overall take the prize pool 50/30/20.
Any score in prize position needs unedited video within 24 hours. No video, no prize, no exceptions. Random audits run all month: fail to produce video within 48 hours and that week's performance scores are wiped. Phone on a tripod is all it takes.
Full refund any time before the cohort starts, no questions asked. Once day one begins, entries lock because your $99 is already feeding the prize pool. Injured in week 1? We roll your entry to the next cohort once.
28 days. Five sessions a week. A leaderboard, a prize pool, and a Final Exam with your name on it.
